Recording online meter readings is available for ALTEO customers

In an open procedure, Grape Solutions Plc. won the tender for developing an online customer platform, announced by ALTEO Energy Services Plc. in June 2022. In addition to the application development, the winning company will provide additional support services. 

ALTEO is a significant player in the Hungarian energy sector, with business activities in producing and trading energy based on renewable energy sources and natural gas, as well as in energy services and developments tailored to individual corporate needs. Last year's tender for developing a customer system is part of ALTEO's digital transformation strategy to make the metering process more environmentally friendly, seamless and convenient for its customers. 

He added: "The application was developed in the essence of sustainability, allowing customers to record data during the dictation period from 0-24 hours, and based on the meter reading entered, users receive automatic notification of the completed bill to be paid. Customers can use the portal for instant information on consumption, contract and payment data." 

The cooperation appoints that Grape Solutions Zrt. will provide ALTEO Energy Services Plc. with further development opportunities to ensure that the consumer portal can respond to all customer needs promptly from the technological side.
