Life at Grape Solutions: an interview with our Business Analyst, Lilla Prajczer

We asked Lilla to tell us a bit about her journey at Grape Solutions and some key factors that keep her motivated day by day.

Why did you choose to work at Grape Solutions?
As a business analyst, I desired an opportunity to work on multi-tasks to increase my knowledge by writing proposals and surveys in addition to writing specifications. I also liked the idea of a dynamic and growing team and the opportunity to work with many colleagues from different development areas.

How does your role look at Grape, and how would you describe it in one sentence?
I work as a business analyst at Grape. I believe that I have a kind of interpreter role at the company, as I am the person who brings the client's and the developer's ideas into alignment, striving to produce marketable, usable software.

What skills do you think are needed for your position?
It's essential to communicate well with clients and colleagues, as a clear understanding of the task is necessary for surveys and planning. In addition, accuracy and precision are crucial, as well as creativity.

How can you motivate and develop yourself at Grape?
For the three years I've been here, I've had the opportunity to try out several roles (scrum master, tester); the company is open to trying new things, even if they are different roles. It makes my daily life variable and also motivates me.

What are the three things that made you proud during your time at Grape?
I'm proud of my professional development, the fact that I managed to overcome all the obstacles (even if they seemed impossible at the beginning), and that I quickly integrated into the team and feel that I'm now an integral part of it.
