István is a key member of our finance team, where his responsibilities include coordinating inventory processes and ensuring a smooth procurement organisation. We asked him to tell us about his weekdays at Grape and what a day as a tangible asset coordinator looks like.

Why did you choose to work at Grape Solutions?
A friend (now a colleague) who worked at Grape recommended the opportunity. I was impressed with the company's attention to making its employees feel as comfortable as possible.

How does your role look at Grape, and how would you describe it in one sentence?
I work as a tangible asset coordinator at Grape. My primary responsibilities include the coordination of annual inventories, organising and carrying out inventory tasks — tracking, documenting, scrapping and selling assets within the company. I also manage purchasing needs, thus liaising with external organisations and partners.

What skills do you think are needed for your position?
As my work is diverse and has many different elements, multitasking is very important. During the annual inventory, I am in contact with all the employees of the company, so good communication is not the last thing I need. I find it important to be open to everyone and help them in any way I can.

How can you motivate and develop yourself at Grape?
It is very important for me to be motivated every day. At Grape, there is no shortage of motivation. I have been exposed to so many new things in my work and learn so much every day. I can use my existing knowledge and experience.

What are the three things that made you proud during your time at Grape?
After my first day, I felt absolutely embraced by the community, which I think was something I needed as a person. From my experience so far, I feel that I contribute to the success of the company. My greatest dignity is to be part of such a great community as the "Grape community".

Why would you advise others to join us?
Most of all, I would say that if you want to be part of a community with a family atmosphere and a good atmosphere and to feel appreciated, Grape is the place for you.
